If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Night Shift Supervisor - Distribution OperationsSanta Fe Springs | Distribution Center Operations | Full-Time | Night ShiftHelp us deliver life‐saving medications and healthcare products to the patients who need them most.As a Night Shift Supervisor at McKesson, you will lead and support a team of distribution center associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations throughout the night shift.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop night shift associates, including performance feedback and corrective actions when requiredOversee nightly distribution activities to meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level goalsEnsure inventory is stored, handled, and moved accurately, addressing discrepancies as they ariseChampion and enforce all McKesson safety standards, policies, and operational proceduresTroubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues when neededPartner with other supervisors and departments to maintain smooth shift transitionsPrepare clear and timely reports on shift performance, productivity, safety, and incidentsEnsure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipmentSupport continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentExperience working night shift strongly preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and distribution processesEffective communication, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule, including weekends/holidaysAbility to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbsWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
