Client Experience Representative

This role follows a *base salary + commission structure*. In addition to the annual base salary, employees will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on individual performance and results. *Key Responsibilities* * Respond to inbound client inquiries across designated channels, understand client needs, collect initial product and client information, and maintain timely and professional communication. * Convert qualified client inquiries into appointments, manage scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and proactively follow up to improve appointment show-up rates. * Welcome and assist clients visiting the Los Angeles office, provide a professional and consistent client experience, and coordinate a smooth handoff to the appropriate team member for evaluation, pricing or transaction discussions. * Follow up with clients after appointments, maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and support reactivation and repeat engagement opportunities. * Maintain accurate client, appointment and interaction records in the designated CRM or tracking system, and work closely with the Marketing and Field Sales teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial inquiry through appointment and follow-up *Requirements* * 1–3 years of experience in client service, customer experience, retail, hospitality, luxury goods, or a related client-facing role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, warm, and service-oriented approach. * Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations, appointments, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously. * Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced, early-stage environment where responsibilities may evolve as the business grows. * Interest in luxury fashion, resale, handbags, or the secondhand luxury market is strongly preferred Pay: $26.41 - $31.81 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
