QUALIFICATIONS
The ACHE Intern at North Oaks Health System provides a learning experience for individuals interested in operations and/or health systems management responsibilities, with demonstrated potential for leadership in the field. Fellowship opportunities are open to all individuals holding either an undergraduate or graduate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, health informatics, biological sciences/engineering or other related fields from an accredited program.

Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Executive team in supporting business operations through diversified duties and special projects including administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to assure efficient operations and progressive competitiveness. Duties include, but or not limited to:
General
Meet organizational and departmental objectives by maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and value.
Project a professional image through excellent interpersonal skills and courteous communication with colleagues, other (medical) personnel, patients, and family.
Maintain working knowledge of hospital software and other digital systems.
Achieve mentored professional growth and development through literature, seminars, conferences and professional affiliations.
Support required aspects of emergency response. May be required to work other shifts, weekends and holidays as assigned.
Perform other duties as required or requested by the executive team or designee.
Assists administration with special projects as requested. This may include but is not limited to business line expansion projects, new services, and business modeling.
Attend and participate in meetings (administrative, departmental, in-service, etc.) as necessary, including maintaining record of appropriate meeting minutes.
Support efforts to develop metrics systems and performance standards, including identifying future operational excellence needs.
Support a wide range of data analytics and dashboards ranging from data tables, charts, graphs, and workload statistics as needed by administration.
Assist with maintaining statistical information and submitting it to various departments for review and reporting
Follows North Oaks Health System's Compliance Programs and Federal and State Regulatory guidelines.
Perform all duties in a safe manner, follow North Oaks Health System's safety policies and procedures, follow the North Oak's Health System Compliance Program, and Federal/ State Regulatory guidelines.
