Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree7+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, automation engineering, operations transformation, or consulting4+ years of experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams and vendorsExperience delivering at least 1 end-to-end warehouse automation deployment from design through go-liveExperience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, or warehouse execution system implementations and integrationsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply ChainExperience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, and warehouse execution system implementation and integration patternsExperience with robotics or automation technologies, including autonomous mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems, sortation, conveyor, vision, or pick and pack automationLean, Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Prosci, or similar certificationExperience in regulated environments, including life sciences, food, cold chain, or e-commerce fulfillmentThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
