We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead complex healthcare analytics to support strategic clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights and advance data governance.• Analyze data using standard statistical tools, interpret results, and lead the design of advanced statistical models and predictive analytics.• Develop and maintain dashboards, standardize KPIs, and automate enterprise-level reporting processes.• Lead the integration of disparate data sources, including EHR, claims, financial, and operational systems.• Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and administrative leaders, consulting on user needs and data requirements.What You'll Need• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Public Health, Health Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data science.• Skilled in large-scale data analysis, data processing, and data technology.• Experience with advanced analytics tools, data visualizations, and cloud data environments.• Familiarity with industry data models and standards (e.g., OMOP, FHIR, DICOM).• Ability to mentor junior analysts and stay current with industry trends.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $90,000, depending on qualifications.• Opportunity to mentor junior analysts and contribute to scholarly activity.• Engage in strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives.• Collaborate with IT to optimize reporting infrastructure and evaluate emerging analytics tools.Apply via Haystack today!
