Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead complex healthcare analytics to support strategic decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial domains.• Drive the design and execution of advanced statistical models and predictive analytics.• Develop and maintain intuitive, accurate data visualizations and automate enterprise-level reporting processes.• Integrate disparate data sources, including electronic health records, claims, financial, and operational systems.• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, consulting on user needs and clarifying data requirements.• Mentor junior analysts and evaluate emerging analytics tools and methodologies.What You'll Need• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Public Health, Health Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data science.• Proficiency in large-scale data analysis, data processing, and data technology.• Experience with advanced analytics tools, data visualizations, and cloud data environments.• Familiarity with industry data models and standards (e.g., OMOP, FHIR, DICOM).• Ability to align analytics with long-term organizational goals and navigate ambiguous requirements.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $90,000, commensurate with qualifications.• Opportunity to mentor junior analysts and lead analytics communities of practice.• Engagement in strategic planning, digital transformation, and grant-funded research initiatives.• Exposure to innovative analytics tools and methodologies.Apply via Haystack today!
