This is a U.S.-based role supporting a primarily international team, with close collaboration across departments including IT, legal, and security.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI technologies and experienced in project delivery and user enablement. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on project management — working with internal business units to scope, implement, and support AI initiatives. The remaining 30% involves providing second-line support for AI-related tools and services through an internal ticketing system.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects — from planning and execution to measurement and rollout.Define project goals, timelines, and success metrics.Serve as the connection point between business, legal, security, and technical teams.Promote and support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and platforms.Provide second-line support for escalated AI-related issues.Administer enterprise AI tools, including onboarding, permissions, and configuration.Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practices.Escalate complex issues to internal or vendor support teams as needed.Collaborate with internal governance and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use.Assist in aligning AI implementation with privacy, security, and ethical standards.Work effectively with a globally distributed team.Coordinate with related AI-focused teams across time zones.Engage with third-party vendors as required.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience & Skills3–5 years of experience in IT project management.Solid understanding of IT systems and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, Copilot, ChatGPT).Familiarity with prompt engineering, low-code/no-code platforms, and large language models (LLMs).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working with vendors and external partners.Collaborative mindset, especially across remote and global teams.Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects and support issues.Passionate about emerging AI technologies and driving business value through innovation.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function AnalystIndustries Technology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Planet Group by 2xInferred from the description for this job Medical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Get notified when a new job is posted.Sign in to set job alerts for "Information Technology Specialist" roles.
