D365 SCM Functional Business Analyst (SIT/UAT)
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a D365 SCM Functional Business Analyst (SIT/UAT) to work on their ongoing project in the Sacramento, CA office.Below are the additional details of this role: Required Qualifications:8–15+ years of IT experience.6+ years of experience in business analysis.4+ years of experience in D365 / ERP projects.Strong SCM functional knowledge.3+ years of experience in testing (SIT/UAT). Key skills: supply chain processes (inventory, procurement, order management), D365 SCM, SQL / reporting, data analysis, SIT / UAT, test case management, and defect tracking tools.Responsibilities:Functional Analysis (core role): Lead requirements gathering and validation; perform As-Is / To-Be process mapping and GAP analysis; translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.D365 SCM Functional Design: Map business processes into inventory workflows, order lifecycle, and warehouse processes; define barcode workflows and reporting requirements.Testing (critical for this role): Lead and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing); handle test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and validation & sign-off, as part of the RFO delivery lifecycle.Data Migration Support: Define data mapping and validation rules; support reconciliation and data quality checks.Training & User Enablement: Create training materials and user guides; conduct user training sessions and adoption support.This role can be W2 and open to USC resources.
