Dozer Operator

Job Description Key Responsibilities:Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery safely and efficientlyMove, grade, and level soil, sand, gravel, and other materialsClear land by removing trees, brush, and debrisRead and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and site layoutsPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceIdentify and report mechanical issues or safety concernsFollow all safety regulations and company proceduresWork with site supervisors, engineers, and other equipment operatorsAssist with site preparation and cleanup as neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment (10+ Years Experience Preferred)Knowledge of construction processes, grading, and excavation techniquesAbility to read blueprints and site plansStrong hand-eye coordination and spatial awarenessUnderstanding of safety standards and regulations (OSHA preferred)Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditionsValid driver's license (CDL may be required in some roles)Company DescriptionAs a top staffing provider, Express Employment Professionals puts people to work in all types of jobs at all levels.
