The organisation is a service company that has a few sites serving the Northeast. Their vision is to be the premier organization in their field.The company seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner in supporting and enhancing employee relations, culture, and engagement across a multi-site workforce. This role is essential to fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring consistent application of HR practices, and working closely with field leadership to address employee concerns and performance issues.The ideal candidate has strong employee relations experience in customer-facing, operational settings with hourly workforces and excels in a hands-on, people-centered role. They will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, advocate for employees, and help drive culture and engagement across all locations.This role is primarily field-based, with regular travel to store locations across the Northeast (3 days per week), one day per week in the corporate office, and one day per week remote.Role ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers to address employee relations matters, offering guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionAct as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring concerns are heard, addressed, and resolved appropriatelyConduct regular site visits to evaluate culture, engagement, and overall employee experienceAssess workplace conditions, including engagement levels, team dynamics, and adherence to HR policies and proceduresIdentify trends and root causes of employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutionsLead and support employee investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomesOversee the disciplinary process, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment lawsEnsure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all locationsEscalate and collaborate on complex or high-risk employee relations matters, including employment law issuesPartner with leadership to strengthen culture and drive employee engagement initiativesSupport the training and development of managers on HR best practicesPerson SpecificationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field5–8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relationsExperience in multi-unit, customer-facing, or high-volume hourly workforce environmentsProven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processesStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust at all levelsAbility to influence and coach managers in a constructive, solutions-oriented mannerStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and balanced approachHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable operating in field environments and engaging directly with frontline employeesIn return you will receive a salary of up to $100,000 plus 12.5% bonus, fleet car and excellent benefits.HR Recruit are a national HR focused recruitment agency.
