This job requires working with clients, handling a wide scope of HR duties, and working on HR projects while also maintaining general account management with existing clients. provide expert advice and support regarding client issues.From assisting with reporting, recruiting, hiring, auditing, workers compensation insurance, benefits administration, investigations, HRIS management and more, no day is the same in HR consulting!If analytic and detail-oriented work is your passion, then this job may be for you!RequirementsWhat is Needed:Scheduling with clients to plan, process and organize projects.Conduct HR assessments and personnel file reviews for clients.Gather information for the preparation of customized employee handbooks.Recruiting duties to include resume review, phone screens, interviews, etc.Preparing and providing training sessions for clients.Participate in client meetings as needed.Provide excellent and professional service to clients in person and on the phone, and ensure all communication is professional, customer focused, and helpful.Implement and monitor legal compliance measures as documented in the company’s policies/procedures.Qualifications NeededAt least 3 years of HR Generalist experienceBilingual in Spanish and English preferredCollege degree preferredKnowledge of Human Resources practices, procedures and compliance. Strong familiarity with Nevada labor laws (California experience preferred)Experience with sensitive employee relations issuesFamiliarity with FMLA Leave Administration and ADA Accommodation Experience in demonstrating high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and HR knowledgeAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple client needs, projects, and competing deadlines.
