Associative Generative AI Engineer

Are you passionate about building real world AI solutions that move beyond proof of concept? We are seeking an Associate Generative AI Engineer to help design and deliver production ready AI applications within AWS.This role focuses on implementing Generative AI solutions using large language models, retrieval based architectures, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions within AWS in a production environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions within AWSIntegrate large language models such as Claude or OpenAI into business applicationsBuild and implement RAG architectures using vector databasesDevelop AI powered document processing and chatbot solutionsConnect AI workflows to internal systems and tools for automation and executionWrite and maintain production quality code, primarily in PythonCollaborate with internal engineering teams and external consulting partnersParticipate in standups and follow standard SDLC practicesTroubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI solutions for performance and reliabilityDocument technical designs and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in productionHands-on experience building and deploying applications within AWS (e.g., Bedrock, Lambda, API integration, storage, etc.)Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI services preferredProficiency in PythonHands-on experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases in productionExperience working with vector databasesExperience integrating large language models into production systemsUnderstanding of enterprise software development practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated experience integrating large language models, enterprise data, and AWS services into fully functioning production applicationsExperience in finance, insurance, or document heavy enterprise environments preferredExperience building AI powered chatbots or document intelligence solutions preferredExperience working in structured, governance driven enterprise environments preferred
