Marketing Manager – Americas (B2B SaaS)Atlanta, GA/Perimeter CenterWe’re excited to partner with a well-established, global B2B software company as they continue to invest in and scale their marketing organization across the Americas. On their behalf, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of regional marketing execution, demand generation, and pipeline contribution.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building, modernizing, and scaling marketing in a growth-oriented, mid-sized environment.The RoleThe Marketing Manager will own and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas, working closely with Sales, regional leadership, and a centralized global marketing team. The focus is on driving demand, improving lead quality, and increasing marketing’s impact on revenue, while translating global product and brand strategy into locally relevant programs.This role also leads a small regional marketing team and plays a key role in shaping how modern, digital-first marketing is executed in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas in alignment with global prioritiesTake clear ownership of demand generation and pipeline contribution for the regionDesign and run full-funnel campaigns spanning brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue influencePartner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and velocityLead digital marketing across web, paid media, social, SEO, and marketing automationApply modern marketing tools and AI-driven capabilities in a practical, results-focused wayOwn regional field marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives with clear ROILead and develop a small regional marketing team, bringing structure, focus, and specializationWork effectively within a global, matrixed organization while maintaining strong regional ownershipTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and ROIWhat We’re Looking For8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketingStrong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automationExperience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesProven ability to tie marketing programs directly to pipeline and revenue outcomesPrior experience leading or developing a small marketing teamComfortable operating in a global organization with centralized strategy and regional executionHands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate under real-world constraintsData-driven and analytical, with comfort using dashboards and performance metricsCurious, modern marketer who actively experiments with new tools, channels, and approachesIdeal Environment FitThis role is best suited for someone who has worked in growth-stage or mid-sized B2B software environments, where marketing is evolving and there is real opportunity to make an impact.Location & TravelBased in or near Atlanta, GA (hybrid)Occasional travel for customer events, conferences, and internal meetings (approx. 10–15%)Why This RoleOpportunity to help modernize and scale regional marketing within a well-established software companyHigh-visibility role with clear impact on revenue and growthBalance of strategic ownership and hands-on executionClose collaboration with Sales and global marketing leadership
