Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $23-$25/hour (based on experience) Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility. Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including CNC and manual machines such as brake presses, lasers, mills, saws, compressors, and dryersPerform electrical installation, diagnostics, and repairsComplete mechanical installation and maintenance on equipment and systemsExecute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtimeWork with and understand machine controls and operating systemsPerform equipment changeovers according to production specificationsInspect and test damaged machine parts; communicate repair needs to supervisorsRepair or reroute shop utilities, including electrical, air, and water systemsMaintain and repair small shop tools such as grinders, buffers, and sawsAssist in building prototypes as needed (preferred skill)Evaluate equipment and processes; recommend improvements for productivity and cost savings Qualifications:Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsFamiliarity with CNC equipment and machine controls is a plusStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
