Key Responsibilities Develop compelling case strategies and manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Challenge mediocrity and maintain professional communication with clients while building relationships Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in the state of CA 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial Prior insurance defense experience preferred
