Senior Structural Engineer
*SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER*
Compensation
* $85,000+/year – negotiable with experience level.

Responsibilities
* Provide project management, including collaboration with client and other project consultants.
* Lead project team of staff engineers and technicians.
* Develop full design calculations using a variety of design software and hand calculations.
* Provide drafting guidance to project technicians or develop Construction Drawings using Revit.
* Review design calculations and procedures of junior engineers.
* Review Construction Drawings for accuracy and completeness.
* Provide estimated design fees and incorporate into written proposals.
* Review and revise project specifications as required.
* Review and respond to project submittals and RFIs.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in the design of commercial, institutional and or industrial buildings.
* Must be self-directed, motivated and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently on a project or work as part of a team.
* Ability to effectively facilitate design and drafting processes when serving as project lead.
* Experience with steel and concrete design required.
* Proficiency with RISA, Revit & Microsoft Office preferred.
* Post-tensioned design experience is advantageous, but not required.
* Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Registered PE/SE in any state and the ability to become licensed in Wisconsin within 3 months.
