Service vBDC Agent

Basic FunctionThis is a remote work from home position (Part-time and Full- time)The Virtual Service Business Development Center (vBDC) Agent serves as a liaison between automotive dealerships and their customers. The vBDC Agent will answer incoming calls from the dealerships service center and schedule in their scheduling tools to ensure most efficient measures are used. The vBDC Agent will assist in multiple areas as needed to guarantee we are an extension of the dealership and giving their customers exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesThe following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of the job. A BDC Agent may be required to perform additional duties, as assigned.Answer incoming phone calls from multiple dealershipsPull up spreadsheets and log information on multiple tabsAssist in obtaining basic demographic information about each customer and log that information in our databaseSchedule appointments and be able communicate to the dealership with customer needsCommunicate all missed opportunities or escalated calls to upper managementWork in a team environment to provide customers a top-level experienceBe courteous and professional on every interaction with a customer on each callSkillsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenEnjoy talking on the phone and willingness to help customersBasic computer skills and phone etiquetteFriendly and professional mannerStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong typing skillsSelf motivatedIdeal Work SpaceMust have existing high-speed Internet access at home minimum 1GBUSB-Headset requiredQuiet, noise-free home office space, free of distractionsComputer Specs- Must have 2 Screens1.4 GHz or higher Intel Core 2 Duo processor or compatible2 GB of RAM recommended minimumGoogle Chrome InstalledEducation/TrainingHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentExperienceSales - Service /Call Center/BDC Experience (1+ years preferred)Customer/Client Service Experience (1+ years preferred)Knowledge of Automotive Industry PreferredRemote (1+ years)Physical RequirementsSitting at computer for hours at a time, vision, close-up work, extensive computer work, speaking on the phone
