We serve DC, MD, and DE and are committed to quality service and excellence.Job Overview:Wine Wholesaler seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager based in Columbia, Maryland.This role involves managing the entire Accounts Receivable process.Setting up customers with credit applications.Maintaining and updating records.Posting all payments to customer accounts.Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments.Keep accurate records and report on collection activity and receivable status.Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.Handling Sales Rep and Driver inquiries regarding customer A/R and invoices.Reconciling and closing out drivers' loads daily.Manage monthly close of Accounts Receivable and mailing statements.Individual must be proficient in Microsoft ExcelMinimum of 2 years experience in A/RAbility to work independently and take initiativeHigh level of accuracy, efficient attention to detail, and accountabilityExcellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skillsJoin Constantine Wines's dynamic team and contribute to our legacy of excellence in the beverage distribution industry.
