In addition, River Edge offers services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Benefits Offered:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time Off12 Paid Holidays401k with an employer matchFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long-term disability coverageLife InsuranceEmployee Discount ProgramIn this role you will:Provides services in a behavioral health program.Plans, develops, implements, and administers services and programs for clients.Supervises work of assigned staff if applicable.Acts as client advocate in order to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.Develops and implements treatment plans; provides behavioral health assessments; directs treatment staff in evaluating, planning treatments, and delivering therapeutic services.May counsel clients in individual and/or group sessions in order to help them overcome dependencies, recover from illness, and adjust to life.Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Needed (education and/or experience):Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field with a license to practice as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.Completes/ maintains continuing education requirements. Examples include CPI, CPR/FA/AED, Essential Learning, and others as required.Good interpersonal skills.
