As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our retail inventory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing inventory team.This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, regulatory-savvy, and motivated to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoInventory & Compliance ManagementOversee accurate inventory of cannabis products (flower, concentrates, edibles, etc.) in line with Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) rulesManage receipt, transfers, and tracking using METRC and other approved systems, ensuring complete documentation and complianceConduct daily data entry and record-keeping for all inventory transactionsEnsure all products are properly labeled, packaged, and compliant with CRA and Michigan cannabis regulationsPerform regular internal audits to identify and resolve inventory discrepanciesTeam Leadership & OperationsLead, train, and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance and operational efficiencyCoordinate with security teams to manage vault access for authorized personnel onlyInvestigate and resolve inventory variances in partnership with compliance and operational teamsMaintain transparency and adherence to MRTMA and MMMA laws regarding cannabis inventory managementReporting & Quality ControlMonitor inventory quality and product integrity across all retail locationsGenerate reports on inventory levels, variances, and audits for management and compliance purposesIdentify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce discrepanciesRequiredWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of inventory management experience in cannabis retail, including METRC proficiencyStrong knowledge of Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) compliance, Michigan cannabis laws, and reporting requirementsExcellent attention to detail with experience performing audits and reconciling inventory discrepanciesProficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management softwareStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with team training experienceMust be 21+ and able to pass a background checkPreferredPrevious experience managing inventory in multi-location cannabis retailFamiliarity with cannabis-specific compliance platforms and reporting toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to access productsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull cartsWhy Join Us?Competitive pay with growth opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceSupportive and passionate team environmentTraining and professional developmentOpportunity to lead inventory operations in a fast-growing, regulated cannabis companyHow To ApplyApply directly or email your resume and a brief write-up to cory@gramazon.us.If you are detail-oriented, regulatory-savvy, and ready to lead cannabis inventory operations, we want to hear from you! 🌿✨Powered by JazzHRZYSG7bN7B9
