This role is key to delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and precision during lunch and dinner service.PM Garmo Cooks will work under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure proper execution of menu items while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and workflow in a fast-paced, live-fire kitchen.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Aiona's recipes and standardsMaintain proper timing and execution for all dishes during serviceRotate and stock ingredients, maintain mise en place, and prep items as neededCommunicate effectively with chefs and FOH team regarding orders and special requestsMaintain clean, organized, and safe workstationsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelinesAssist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assignedKitchen Standards & TeamworkUphold Aiona's culinary standards and attention to detailWork collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless serviceStay composed, professional, and efficient during high-volume periodsParticipate in tastings, pre-shift meetings, and ongoing trainingQualifications1-3 years previous line cook or kitchen experience preferredKnowledge of cooking techniques and basic kitchen equipmentAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyStrong work ethic, multitasking skills, and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsAvailability for evening, weekend, and holiday shiftsThe above requirements and benefits are not intended to be all-inclusive.
