The main hospital spans multiple floors (1-4), offering a professional setting that supports your growth and development.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans.Manage an average caseload of 9-10 patients daily, maintaining a 75% productivity standard.Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists to optimize patient outcomes.Utilize clinical knowledge to apply best practices and hospital policies effectively.Qualifications:Valid Florida Physical Therapist license required.Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Prior acute care experience is essential.Experience with Meditech EMR and ICU settings preferred.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, outgoing personality fit this role best.Additional Information:Parking available on the third and fourth floors of the garage for AM and PM shifts.Scrub color for PT staff is navy blue.Inpatient Physical Therapy unit is equipped with cutting-edge mobility devices.Work with a team known for tenure and expertise in a competitive healthcare market.
