Process Technician

First Choice Packaging, a leader in Thermoforming package processing and development, is seeking a Full- Time Process Technician. The duties for position include but are not limited to: The ability and knowledge to perform all of the responsibilities of the Machine Set-up and the advanced machine set-up. The ability and knowledge to supervise the machine set-up process. Verify and inspect the machine set-up prior to the start-up of the machine. The ability to create and process a program into the machine's computer. The ability and knowledge to fix minor tooling repairs without damaging the tool or thermoforming machine. The ability and knowledge to sharpen and shim dies for proper cutting of the parts, and to set die cut pressure properly. The ability and knowledge to load and unload film, perform safety checks, perform PM duties, trouble shooting by adjusting machine The ability and knowledge to set-up the trim station and make proper adjustments as needed to produce a good part. The ability and knowledge to properly install and align the stacker (if required) as to not damage any parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Follow all company safety and code of conduct policies.
