At arrivia, our Web Experience internship is designed for students who want to build high-converting, intuitive travel platforms. You won’t just be making things look pretty; you will be conducting research, building prototypes, and optimizing the flow for millions of members.Key Projects & Responsibilities"Great Getaways" UX Rebuild: Serve as a core contributor to the redesign of our "Great Getaways" experience, moving from wireframes to post-launch usability testing.Prototyping & Design Systems: Use Figma to build scalable components and interactive prototypes for new landing pages and resort partner sites.User Research & Audits: Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitor research to identify friction points in the booking journey.AI-Augmented Design: Explore and implement AI design tools to accelerate wireframing and asset generation.QA & Validation: Partner with engineering to ensure your designs are implemented with "pixel-perfect" accuracy.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science.Technical Stack: High interest or proficiency in Figma is a major plus; familiarity with how HTML/CSS impacts design.Portfolio: Ability to show a design process—how you move from a problem to a solution.Curiosity: A "Stay Curious" mindset regarding how AI and emerging tech are changing the user experience.arrivia is a global leader in travel loyalty and branding, with a team spanning the US, Mexico, Portugal, and the UK .
