Job Objective Being responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all quality-related activities along with the dedicated Project Team to completely meet both Customer Specific and Carcoustics Production Plant Requirements by having feasible design and quality-robust manufacturing process latest at defined Milestone. Description Of Main Tasks Supporting the Program Management Team with required APQP-Core Tools during Project Phase and beyond. Being proactively involved in early stage of feasibility studies through the entire supply chain by also considering customer specific requirements. Support Process FMEAs in assigned Project Team to determine potential Risks and define Special Control Strategies for identified Special Characteristics. Development of Control Plan in liaison with local Plants to control Special Characteristics through the entire Value Chain (raw materials from Suppliers included). Demonstrate Quality Maturity with respect to fulfilling the corresponding Release Gate Deliverables to obtain internal Release Gate Approval. Supporting pre-series production runs (Run-at-Rates) to ensure quality fulfillment and on-time launch of products. Demonstration of Process and Quality Performance by using Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability Studies according to Production Control Plan. Ensure early Submission of PPAP Documentation to obtain Customer Approval on time. Lessons Learned from production plants to support practices approach for upcoming projects. Additional Tasks Participant of internal Trainings related to Automotive Core Tool Training Knowledge of customer-specific requirements according to document MP4.1DO07 (CSR Matrix) related to the respective task area, customer or project Skills & Competencies Master degree / Diploma in Engineering or other technical studies About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector Sound and ready-to-use process skills even beyond the area of responsibility Independent conduction of workshops including the application of moderation-tools (agenda, time management,...) and pronounced presentation skills SAP and MS-Office skill on an advanced independent user level Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills English language on B1-B2 level (advanced - independent usage of language; is able to communicate spontaneously and fluently Local language on C1-C2 level (The expert - nearly native language knowledge; Is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely Additional Information Information Security Level: Normal (requires a standard-validation of identity/ID-Check in the run-up to hiring) General Competencies Proactiveness Relationship & networking awareness Communication Skills MSA Self Management & Self Organization Customer orientation PPAP / PPF APQP / RGA FMEA
