Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Marketing and Pop-upsConduct pop-up events at retail locations.Implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotions.Engage with customers, providing information and promoting brand products.Collect customer feedback and report insights.Visual MerchandisingSet up and maintain visual merchandising displays in retail stores.Ensure displays are attractive, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.Monitor and replenish stock as needed.Brand Education for BudtendersEducate budtenders on product knowledge, benefits, and key selling points.Provide training materials and resources to budtenders.Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders.Sales and Distribution SupportCommunicate and coordinate with the sales team.Conduct ride-alongs with sales representatives to support sales efforts.Provide market feedback to the sales and distribution teams.QualificationsFriendly and approachable demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness and ability to drive throughout Washington D.C. and Maryland.Reliable transportation.Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
