Process ServerProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Mount Carmel, Illinois and Logan, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Richland, Clay, Wabash, Lawrence, Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Henderson, Warren, Knox, Hancock, Fulton, McDonough, Brown, Cass, Pike, Scott and Schuyler Counties.Celebrating over 30 years of excellence, ProVest LLC is one of the nation's leading legal support service firms. With 12 offices nationwide, we provide comprehensive legal and process service solutions to many of the country's most respected law firms and financial institutions. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.Ideal candidates include:Experienced Process ServersCurrent or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsKey responsibilities include:Make diligent service attempts (up to 5 attempts varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesRequirements include:Reliable transportationPerc CardValid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
