Production LaborerThis position is onsite at our Ramsey, MN Facility. The hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm.Essential Functions:Operates equipment that requires use of computers and automationConfirm all components are included in each finished project by verifying run sheets and reading blueprintsResponsible to keep work area clean and organized at all timesWear all required PPE for each task performed and follow all Safety rules and guidelinesGeneral housekeeping of work areaOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in manufacturing is preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Aptitude for computers, automation, and technologyMust be able to work in a team environmentAdept at safe use of hand toolsAble to read a tape measureAbility to read blueprintsPhysical Demands:Standing / Bending / Twisting / Walking / Crouching / KneelingAble to lift 75 lbs. occasionally / 40 lbs. frequently / 15 lbs. regularlyPay and Benefits:Pay for this position will range from $25-27/hr depending on the experience and qualifications of the applicant.Molin offers paid holidays, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, ESOP contributions and so much more!Please note that the pay range is a good faith estimate of the position at the time of posting.
