Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel logistics, credentialing, licensing, and much more, ensuring we meet your needs effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide coverage for one full week, from Monday 8 AM to the following Monday 8 AMManage a patient load of 21 individuals per dayWork in both outpatient and inpatient environmentsPerform general ENT surgical and endoscopic proceduresParticipate as the third locum provider in the rotationHandle a patient demographic consisting of 60% adults and 40% pediatricsClinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call duties during weeknights and weekendsHospital privileges are necessaryCompensation and BenefitsWe negotiate competitive pay, with weekly depositsComplimentary housing and travel arrangements are providedComprehensive malpractice coverage includedStreamlined credentialing and privileging processesAccess to an online portal for assignment details and time trackingYour dedicated recruiter will manage all aspects of your placementCompensation DetailsHourly rates range from $175.00 to $250.00.
