Brief DescriptionThe Program Manager shall be directly responsible for or offer oversight of a team directly responsible for meeting the daily on-site needs of supporting government personnel.ProgramThis may include:Host Distinguished Senior Government LeadershipSupport Site Visits, Maintain Escort Lists, Track Site AccessAttend daily, weekly, monthly meetings with production of meeting minutesDeliver Command Level Briefings and Command Operations ReportOnboard/Offboard new Command personnelPlan and lead Command eventsCreate and distribute Command AwardsProcess and manage Command shipment requests or shipment arrivals/deliveries to support CommandComplete zone inspections, maintain warehouse assets, transport packages between sitesInitiate actions regarding the handling of classified and unclassified materialsSubmission of monthly progress reports to contracting teamMaintain program staffing, post vacancies, interview candidatesFINANCIALUpkeep of financial accounting in required on-site trackersReport weekly to contracting team on financial planning; Submission of monthly financial reports to contracting teamTrack Modules, Allocations, Requirements, Line Funding, Period of PerformancesTrack WALLR and PoP ceilingAdditional ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning and Risk ManagementStakeholder Management and Team LeadershipBudgeting and Financial OversightScheduling and Time ManagementCoordination and CommunicationCompliance and Performance MonitoringRequirementsMaster’s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.17+ years of experience in related business management or finance field, related experience of in-depth specialized knowledge with DoD/DON programs. Industry or Government technical management, and Industry or Government business management experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management.Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command.Eligible for a Secret security clearance.The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.Equal Opportunity Employer.
