Construction Support Manger

Responsibilities include: assisting project managerwith bidding, owner correspondence, subcontractor and suppliercorrespondence, project submittals, cost control, progress invoicing,material and supplies procurement, quantity tracking/reporting, changeorder pricing for additional work, prepare/update progress schedules,permit applications, environmental permit monitoring. Additional tasksinclude: developing grade control files and calculating earthworkquantities utilizing survey equipment and software.
