As we seek to simplify a complex healthcare system for the patients we serve, while providing meaningful work that differentiates us from other retail employers, empowering our people plays a critical role to business success.This role can be done remotely from anywhere in the US.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesTactical Project ExecutionCollaborate on the creation of strategic roadmapsExecute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal supportPartner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plansPartner with DDAT to develop requirements, test & certify the solution, launch it to chainPartner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from working team up to executive leadershipField Support and Communication StrategySupport the implementation team in writing field communicationsManage help desk & field questions related to projectSupport the creation of field & corporate facing materials such as:Colleague trainingSr Leader Field meetingsAd-Hoc AnalyticsSupport reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to progression towards shared goalsTranslate data insights into meaningful insights and actionsRequired Qualifications5+ years' experience within retail pharmacy operations (working in or with pharmacies)5+ years' experience building high-performing teams with experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goalsExperience with Back End Pharmacy System OperationsExperience understanding complex systems (Ex. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
