Managed Services Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Managed Services Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding service desk support for various services
Manage high-profile customer issues, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective action plans are implemented
Oversee Managed Services Support Analysts and Engineers, while participating in major incident management and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
Managerial, business, financial planning, and technical skills
Experience with unified collaboration technologies and troubleshooting related systems
Knowledge of integrated unified collaboration and data networking concepts
ITIL/ITSM background preferred
Formal technical training in unified collaboration equipment and software; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office applications
