This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping equipment running, and making a real impact—you’ll fit right in.ScheduleFriday – Sunday4:30 AM – 5:00 PMFull-time hours in just 3 daysOvertime opportunities availableWhy States Industries4-day weekends, every week – built-in work/life balanceReal impact – your work keeps production movingTeam-driven environment – you’re not just a number hereSafety-first culture – we don’t cut cornersHands-on work with a variety of equipment and systemsStability + growth in a well-established manufacturing companyWhat You’ll DoKeep our equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues—fastInstall and improve systems (switches, sensors, controls, and more)Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgradesPerform welding and light fabrication as neededWork closely with operations and maintenance teams to get the job doneTrain and support team members when neededFollow all safety protocols, including LOTOOperate forklifts (or become certified)Support Safety, Quality, and Production goals across the facilityWhat You BringOregon Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant License (or higher)Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systemsStrong knowledge of:Closed-loop position controlsEncoders and electronic brakesBoiler controls and industrial printing systemsEuropean schematics and controlsProven troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsMechanical background (pneumatics, hydraulics)Ability to read blueprints and technical documentsValid driver’s licenseSelf-starter who can work independently and get things doneWork EnvironmentIndustrial/mill setting with active production, noise, and dustPPE required at all times (hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.)Physical role including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbsToolsMust provide your own toolsThe Bottom LineThis isn’t a sit-back role.
