Change ManagerLocation: Willow Grove, PA / King of Prussia, PA (5 days Onsite)Interview: 1 virtual then onsiteDuration: 6+ Months ContractJob DescriptionOur client is seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including ERP, HRIS, and digital programs. This role will drive end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption, alignment, and value realization.Responsibilities & QualificationsLead development and execution of end-to-end change management strategiesConduct stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessmentsDevelop and deliver communication, training, and adoption plansFacilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and leadership engagementsDesign communication materials and enablement contentPartner with PMs, HR, IT, Finance, and business leadersDefine and track adoption metrics, risks, and change effectivenessSupport organizational design and future-state process documentationCoach leaders and stakeholders to drive change adoption and sponsorshipProvide status reporting, risk management, and program updatesSupport training development and execution activitiesRequirements7+ years of experience leading change management or transformation initiativesManagement consulting experience requiredExperience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)Experience working in complex, global organizationsStrong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skillsExperience with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsUtilities or infrastructure industry experience is a plus
