Sales Rep - Business Developer – Commercial Construction (Outdoor Environments)This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on driving new business within the commercial construction and development space. You’ll work directly with general contractors, developers, architects, and project stakeholders to identify upcoming projects and bring large-scale outdoor landscape solutions to life.This is a true hunter role with full-cycle responsibility—from prospecting and relationship development through bid, close, and transition to operations.What you’ll do:Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities in your assigned territoryBuild and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and design partnersDevelop early-stage project pipeline through proactive outreach and networkingPrepare proposals, pricing, and bid responses for large-scale commercial projectsLead solution-based sales conversations focused on value, design, and executionManage opportunities through full sales cycle using CRM toolsCollaborate closely with operations, finance, and design teams to ensure successful deliveryWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (hunter mentality required)Experience working with or selling into commercial construction, development, or contractor environments strongly preferredStrong relationship-building skills with decision makers and influencersAbility to manage long sales cycles and multiple active opportunitiesSelf-starter with strong organization and pipeline disciplineCompensation & Benefits:Base salaryUncapped commissionTop performers: $175,000–$200K+ total earnings potentialCompany vehicle + fuel cardFull medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k), PTO, and additional benefits packageEducation reimbursement and employee assistance programsWhy this role:This is an opportunity to join a market-leading organization in the commercial outdoor construction space, working on high-visibility projects including corporate campuses, sports venues, public spaces, and large-scale commercial developments.If you enjoy being in the field, building relationships, and driving real project-based impact—this is a strong fit.
