Prior experience cooking in the kitchen vise versa, 1-3 years preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and with a team. COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status Responsibilities: Prepare food for service (overt or concealed) Observe food safety practices and observe other sanitization procedures. Maintain food storage areas, inventory and supply inventory control. Follow opening and closing procedures, including daily schedule updates. Prepare to service clients using chef’s list and following proper sanitation procedures.
