Job DescriptionLocations: Dallas, TexasJob Type: Full-timeSpa Consultant Main Focus: Providing a luxury experience for our clients, sales oriented with a consultative approach and managing Spa Operations (on a Spa Consultant level). ThrIVe Drip Spa is a lifestyle wellness spa that specializes in IV Vitamin Therapy, Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, and non-invasive aesthetic services.Main Job DutiesStudy and know all Spa servicesProvide information and education to clients on Spa servicesProvide a top-tier service to clients time and againWork in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendlinessEnsure continued education of product knowledge to help promote sales/membershipsClosing sales and achieving quotas by adding value rather than by pushing a sale just to sellRetain clientele by following up, checking in, and establishing real relationshipsMaintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture and appearanceAnswer the phone with a diligent, forthcoming positive voiceGive new clients welcome spa tours for education on ALL services and familiarity with our brandRequirementsAbility to work in/create a luxury environmentMust be a self- starter with a passion for helping others.
