Manufacturing Operator – Job Requirements6+ months of manufacturing experience required; medical device manufacturing is a plus.Not seeking warehouse, forklift, Amazon, or material-handling backgrounds unless the candidate also has relevant manufacturing experience.Seeking candidates with stable work history; multiple short-term assignments/tenures are not preferred.Must be proficient in English — speaking, reading, writing, and understanding instructor-led training.Must be comfortable working with microscopes and performing detailed visual inspection.Must pass required eye and color-vision testing, including close/distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Ability to read, write, interpret instructions, and follow policies, procedures, and SOPs.Basic math skills required: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Comfortable using hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel small components.Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day.Must be able to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.Ability to lift/carry items weighing less than 50 lbs.Multiple shifts available.Intake Call – Required QuestionsAsk whether the candidate has any upcoming vacations, planned days off, appointments, or other time-off needs.Confirm manufacturing experience and length of each relevant assignment.Confirm English proficiency.Confirm comfort working with microscopes and performing detailed work.Confirm ability to pass the required eye/color vision test.Category: Light Industrial Skills-Based Hiring: No Shift: Multiple shifts available
