Oversee operations, staff, compliance, and quality initiatives while collaborating with physicians and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership & operational oversight for L&D Manage staffing, budget, and departmental performance Ensure regulatory compliance & quality standards Drive patient safety and experience initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Requirements Education: BSN Master's (Nursing/Healthcare or related) Experience: 10 years Labor & Delivery 5 years leadership/management License: Active Colorado RN (or ability to obtain) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (required) CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 294572.
