Associate, Investment Reporting & Operations

We're partnering with a leading asset manager in NYC on an Investment Reporting & Operations hire. This role sits within the investment operations team and works closely with investment professionals, focused on investment reporting, performance reporting, data validation, and portfolio oversight across a range of credit strategies. Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver recurring performance and portfolio reports, including reporting on returns, exposures, cash activity, and investment-level performance. Work with large datasets to validate and reconcile investment data across systems, custodians, administrators, and internal teams. Support reporting related to NAV, cash flows, portfolio holdings, and investment-level metrics. Partner with investment, operations, and accounting teams to investigate and resolve reporting and data discrepancies. Support enhancements to reporting workflows, controls, and overall data integrity. Assist with ad hoc reporting, investor requests, and portfolio analysis for internal stakeholders. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4+ years of experience within investment reporting, performance reporting, fund operations, investment operations, or related functions. Experience supporting institutional or alternative investment portfolios across credit, fixed income, private markets, or multi-asset strategies. Strong Excel skills with experience working across large investment datasets, reconciliations, and reporting workflows. Exposure to performance metrics such as returns, cash flows, attribution, IRR, MOIC, or portfolio exposures is a plus. Experience with investment reporting or portfolio systems such as Solovis, Addepar, Geneva, Aladdin, Canoe, or similar platforms is preferred. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
