We are seeking a patient care coordinator/front office coordinator to join our team in San Mateo, CA!Schedule/ location: Hours are Monday – Thursday 9:30AM – 5PM, Friday – 9:30-4PM.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesHandle patient calls and effectively manage scheduleContact patients to confirm appointments.Track and report daily scheduling metrics.Effectively handle telephone inquiries.Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service. Help with patient testing as needed.Maintain patient records in billing/scheduling system and in hard copy.Type correspondence for professionals.Provide back-up billing support.Will be taught how to clean and do minor repair of hearing aidsHousekeeping of the office such as vacuuming, trash, inventory, etc.Position QualificationsHigh School Diploma required, associate’s degree preferred2 years front office experienceMust be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented and organized.The Ideal Candidate Will Also PossessExcellent people and customer service skillsAbility to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.Strong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Prior medical/healthcare office experience a plus!Independent worker, thinks on their feetWe OfferGuaranteed hours/schedule.Paid Holidays; paid time off.Competitive hourly rate (based upon experience).401K plan after a yearJoin a family-team oriented private hearing healthcare practice and make a difference in people’s lives.
