The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-level corporate travel and technology solutions. This senior role is pivotal in accelerating regional growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales organization. Key responsibilities include owning new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance. The role demands a professional with deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel technology, and supplier ecosystems, as well as strong executive presence and experience in C-suite engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, and pipeline management, and will be adept at closing complex, high-value service travel management deals. Financial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis is essential. The Regional VP of Sales will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, recruiting and leading a team of senior sales directors, and overseeing forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics.
