Doceree is operating in 25 countries currently with offices in the US, India, and UK.What you’ll Do As Director / Sr. Director / VP – Sales & Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving growth with leading pharma companies and top healthcare agencies, selling breakthrough solutions that combine data, AI, and programmatic technology to reach verified healthcare professionals at scale. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, media, and technology, where you’ll help pharma brands engage the right doctors, at the right time, in the moments that matter most. Through Doceree’s platform, brands can activate data-driven programmatic campaigns and premium healthcare media placements across trusted medical environments from clinical and endemic content to point-of-care moments inside the physician workflow. Win new business and expand strategic partnerships with leading pharma brands and healthcare agencies - consistently opening doors with prospects who have no prior relationship with Doceree Build and nurture relationships with leading healthcare agency partners - including holding groups such as IPG/Omnicom, Publicis Health Media, WPP, and others Engage brand marketing and commercial teams at pharma manufacturers directly Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building through closing high-value, long-term partnerships Consistently exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience Sell innovative HCP programmatic, EHR-triggered, and point-of-care solutions that connect pharma brands with verified healthcare professionals Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable results Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across data, premium media inventory, and orchestration solutions Bring valuable market intelligence and client feedback back to Product and Leadership to influence strategy and innovation Who you are 7+ years of experience digital media, programmatic, or advertising sales within pharma, life sciences or healthcare marketing Strong relationships with healthcare agencies and pharma marketing decision makers Deep understanding of HCP digital marketing, healthcare media, programmatic activation, and identity-based targeting Proven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding revenue targets Skilled at building executive-level partnerships and consultative client relationships Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited about shaping the future of healthcare marketing A proven track record of both breaking into new accounts and growing existing ones - you are equally comfortable generating new business forms scratch as you are deepening relationships and expanding revenue within established partnerships Established relationships with healthcare agency networks and/or brand marketing teams at pharma companies Strategic, self-directed and results-driven - you thrive in environments where you are expected to build pipeline, close deals, and grow accounts simultaneously Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence owning revenue targets and forecasts BenefitsCompetitive salary and uncapped commission planStellar health care plan options for you and your family (Medical, Dental & Vision)401K + 4% MatchingGenerous PTO, vacations & sick leaveExtensive paid parental/maternity leaveTeam eventsAt Doceree, we know that our Company’s strength lies in the diversity of our employees.
