Located in Hoboken, NJ, we aim to create memorable dining experiences for our customers every day. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Hoboken, NJ. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with consistency and precision, ensuring food safety, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space, and assisting with inventory management. Daily duties will also include supporting the head chef and contributing to overall team efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Qualifications Strong cooking skills, including meal preparation, food handling, and understanding of cooking techniques.Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and consistency in portioning and presentation.Experience with kitchen organization, cleaning practices, and equipment maintenance for a safe and hygienic workspace.Team collaboration and communication skills to contribute to an efficient and supportive kitchen environment.Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.Previous culinary experience or training is preferred but not mandatory.Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
