Construction Foreman

Foreman will be in charge of a crew with two or three team members. You will be in charge of completing jobs on time and safely. We work with small crews, so our foreman can't be the type to sit on the sidelines. you will be in the action and in the trenches with the team that you are leading. You will need to be skilled at running an excavator, skid steer, loader and driving with a trailer. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the safety of the team and the public Layout and planning of work Coordinating deliveries Coordinating material and subcontractors like concrete, cranes, pavement etc. Completing daily progress reports Ensuring that all required tasks are completed by our crew and subcontractors We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of leadership experience, a strong background in earth work, and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. **Company truck provided.
