You’re stepping onto the floor of an industry-leading aerospace manufacturer, taking the reins from the day crew. Your night begins with a quick scan of the maintenance board—one line is down with a pneumatic fault, and a pump on another machine is running hot. You move—systematic, precise. You read the prints, isolate the issue, lockout/tagout, and bring the line back online. Later, a cracked bracket needs a quick TIG pass; by shift end, you’ve kept production on track and heavy equipment safe and humming.What you’ll take onDiagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems for high-volume production equipmentPerform welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, SMAW) to support equipment uptime and fixture repairService motors, pumps, piping, and mechanical assembliesInterpret and work from blueprints and technical documentationExecute preventive maintenance routines and inspections to prevent unplanned downtimeApply electrical troubleshooting fundamentals as they relate to mechanical systemsFollow strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe work environmentWhat you bringHands-on industrial maintenance background within a manufacturing settingProven mechanical troubleshooting abilityWelding experience required (MIG, TIG, SMAW)Comfort with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and fabricationSchedule and payTraining: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (approximately 90 days)Regular schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AMRotation: Fri–Sun one week, Thurs–Sun the nextRates: Weekday nights $36.20/hr; Weekend nights $36.70/hrAssessmentCandidates must pass a Ramsay Mechanical Maintenance Test (40/60 minimum score required).Why joinDirect hire with stable, long-term opportunities in a high-tech aerospace environment.
