Commercial Construction Manager
Commercial Construction Manager, Greython Construction LLC (Mystic, CT) -Overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of a project as well as ensuring cost effectiveness and profit optimization. Working closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to develop budgets, control expenses, and manage risks while adhering to legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring progress against established budgets, and analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions. Liaising with stakeholders to resolve disputes, approve variations and maintain productive working relationships. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 5 (five) years of experience in commercial projects including national and international hospitality projects. Relevant certification pertaining to construction and project management. US travel required based on project and client needs. Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
