Average patients/day? 32o Minimum Years of Experience required? 18 months Med/Tele RN experienceo Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:o Stroke, Respiratory Illnesses: Flu/Pneumonia/COVID, Renal Failure, Peritoneal Dialysis, Wounds, etc.• Patient Ratios:o RN: 1:5-6; surge staffing could have ratios of 1:7-8o LPN (if applicable): 1:5-6; surge staffing could have ratios of 1:7-8o CNA: 1:10• Required Licensure & Certifications:o RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS• Skills required:o Basic Med/Tele skillset: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), wound care, drain/tube management, PIV starts, Central line management, etc.• Support within the Department:o CNA - ADLs, mobility, feedingo No HUCo Charge nurse - may or may not have patient assignmento Phlebotomy? Yeso IV/VAT Team? Yeso RT, 24/7o Hospitalist, 24/7o Intensivist, 24/7o Telemetry monitoring/tech?
