Role Description We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for an on-site role at our Dearborn Heights, MI location. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will design and implement effective therapy plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide education and resources to patients and their families. Regular progress monitoring and maintaining accurate documentation are also key components of this role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech assessmentKnowledge and experience addressing Dysphagia and Communication DisordersExperience working with individuals with Language DisordersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and families effectivelyMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldCurrent licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of MichiganCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA is a plusPrior experience in pediatric or clinical settings is advantageous
