So if you are looking for a company that loves it clients just as much we love our team then this is the right place for you.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automated Testing Manager to lead the design, deployment, and execution of testing operations for Oracle Cloud Application implementation projects. This leadership role is central to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Oracle Cloud solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and other modules.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, hands-on experience with tools like Opkey and Camptra, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in testing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDefine and lead the automated testing strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations.Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to align testing efforts with project goals.Establish and enforce best practices for automated testing across multiple Oracle Cloud modules.Testing OperationsOversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using tools such as Opkey and Camptra.Manage end-to-end testing cycles including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.Ensure test coverage, traceability, and defect management are maintained throughout the lifecycle.Team ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing team of test engineers and analysts onshore and offshore (India).Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.Tool & Process OptimizationEvaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and project management platforms.Monitor and report on testing metrics, KPIs, and quality outcomes.Stakeholder EngagementCommunicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.Partner with vendors and consultants to ensure tool effectiveness and support.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).Hands-on expertise with Opkey, Camptra, or similar automated testing platforms.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and SDLC.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Agile and DevOps environments.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).Certification in Oracle Cloud, EBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards or relevant testing tools is a plus.About the TeamThe Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice specializes on Oracle technology and supports our client’s full-life cycle needs for both on-prem and cloud products.
